Rosh HaShanah

The fall festival of Rosh HaShanah is the biblical Feast of Trumpets (see Leviticus 23:23 - 25) and is known today as the Jewish New Year.  The foods associated with this day are apples and honey.  What better time to give a gift of Hilary's Special Honey?  (If you're wondering if honey is kosher, please read our Honey FAQs.)

For this wonderful holiday, we decorate our gift packages with small red ornamental apples and a gift card with a traditional greeting such as:

"Shanah Tovah - May your name be inscribed
in the Book of Life!"

We also prepare Rosh HaShanah greeting cards with a Messianic greeting:

"Shanah Tovah - May your name be inscribed
in the Lamb's Book of Life"
