Flavoured honey is an addictive treat.  Much of our honey is bought as a gift for a friend or relative, but we hear later that it never made it past the purchaser's kitchen table.

What Is Flavoured Honey?

We create our Special Honey by hand in small batches using the finest ingredients, including pure Number 1 White unpasteurized Canadian creamed honey.  We buy from Northern Ontario bees - the best honey you can find!  We do not blend our Ontario honey with other honeys.

Wedding Favours

The various flavours are created by blending in dried fruit, vegetables, herbs and/or spices.  Some have flavouring that includes added sugar and/or colouring.

With more than a dozen flavours, Hilary's Special Honey is a wonderful treat for someone sweet.  It's a great addition to gift baskets.  It makes a perfect party or wedding favour.  And what better gift could you find for Rosh HaShanah?

Hilary's Special Honey can be used as an excellent marinade or glaze.  It's a great sweetener for hot drinks and a marvelous topping for ice cream.  We won't even mention hot buttered toast!
